Once we have a desired listing date, We will work backwards to ensure all pre-list tasks are executed in a timely fashion. These pre-list tasks include a staging consult, a professional house cleaning service, minor house repairs, and photographer. See below as an example.
Signing an Exclusive agreement allows us to begin marketing your home online and create pre-MLS exposure.
This consult will consist of going through your condo with my Professional Stager to discuss items to pack away, fix and/or to replace so your condo stands out from the competition in today’s market. From here we would schedule time with any vendors i.e. handymen, plumbers, electricians and contractors to devise a schedule. Consider me your lead project manager to ensure the completion of the above.
I will manage the work schedule of any vendors. Usually we can get this completed in 1-2 weeks depending the amount of work required. Based on the Vendors availability I will keep everyone on track, focused on our deadline.
A professional will clean your entire home including windows and doors, baseboards and more!
My professional Stager and her team will take he day to stage your home to ensure it appeals to the taste of the masses, to attract as many Buyers as possible.

We will have “just listed” postcards delivered to the homes in your area, launch the social media ad campaign, launch to the globally syndicated real estate portals and launch to all brokerages and agents Ontario-wide.

Once we have a timeline in place we will sign the paperwork so my team and I can start going to work for you and your family.
This will help kickstart all the other pieces of preparation. Should the tenant need any vendors surrounding packing, storage, movers etc. I have a database of service people I would be happy to recommend and arrange for you. For the most part all we will be asking him to do is keep the place tidy, clean and free from personal photos.
